Sheriff David Clarke, Milwaukee county, Wisconsin, and a modern day hero (Lord, I forgot he is black, I hope that doesn’t make me a deplorable racist) is right when he calls the anti-Trump rioters “gangsters” and “criminals” and he is right when he says that this behavior must be stopped and stopped quickly. The First amendment guarantees the right to assemble in protest “peacably.”  What these criminals are doing, and did in Baltimore, Ferguson, Charleston, Portland is not peaceful protest; they are rioting; they have destroyed private and public property and stopped citizens from their daily functions. Contrary to all city regulations, no permit is issued. The administrators and police chiefs of these cities are negligent in not using any force necessary to stop the looting, vandalism and personal injury and the cities should pay restitution to victims.  The black thugs who beat up a white man in Chicago, possibly because he had a Trump bumper sticker, should be jailed at least until Obama can pardon them. What miserable people.  Organizers should be vigorously prosecuted under Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).

That Donald Trump won the presidency despite media diarrhea and left wing bile, is truly a gift to anyone who cares for this country and the values with which I grew up...no, not racism, homophobia, et al, but hard work, the right to reap my rewards and the responsibility to bear any losses from my endeavors. “Trump is not my president” (therefore I have the right to destroy other’s property).  Get used to it because he is, whether you like it or not...and I like it. That you don’t further cements my beliefs that he will do the right thing for this country. I went to inexpensive state colleges, toiled for three years in the military and worked for forty years to support a family and retire with some fun years left.  The leftists (at least Bernie Sanders was honest about it) believe if I have one dollar and a black person has none that I owe that person 50 cents. I don’t include Hispanics here because they don’t live the entitlement mentality.  Doesn’t matter that I earned my dollar while the black was rapping to the themes of Al Sharpton saying he was owed in perpetuity. Thus the values my parents taught me and my work ethic gain me nothing above the life style the leeches live...as the rioters and black “leadership” would have it.

Cornell University had a “cry in” after president-elect Trump won?  “Universities” have “safe places” for “students” who are terrified of a Trump presidency.  Are these mental myopics really going to be able to cope post graduation in any work environment other than a Sanders administration? I understand places safe from tornadoes but from speech with which you do not agree? You have GOT to be kidding me. And the more intrepid students believe they have the right to stop society until “something” happens, I guess Trump gives up his presidency to Hillary. After all, Hillary did come in second (don’t bother with the popular vote vs electoral college complaint unless you will work to change it.)  Once upon a time a firefighters’ union local president asked me to give up a competitively won position to a more senior man.  Uh, no! Universities disdain pro-Trump speech and bend rules to allow hate-Trump speech.  No wonder these “students” think that trampling other peoples’ rights is morally justified...their “professors” taught them so and the “professor’s” rant is dissension that is NOT allowed in the classroom.

Property rights in the U.S. have been diminished through the years. We have property rights. No one will enforce them.  A human life, even one who is about to loot and burn your private property and possibly threaten you in the process, is more important than property rights.  I disagree.  One has no right shooting a solicitor who comes to his door but one does have the right to use lethal force against any individual who hurts him or his property or credibly threatens to do so..  In the perfect world, the judicial system would punish these gangsters but the P.C. police administrators  and their elitist mayors, who rarely suffer from the damage, ignore property destruction declaring that our unjust society is responsible. These folks should be prosecuted for malfeasance.  And, you can bet THEY are armed. You can believe that Irrespective of a judge’s instructions, I would find an individual accused of using lethal or “excessive” force against a looter not guilty assuming there was no entrapment or provocation. Vigilante activities have no place in a civil society but our society is becoming less civil and people paid to keep order have been ordered to not keep order.

Yes, I am delighted Donald Trump will soon be our new president.  I have been “pardoned” from the prison of political correctness.  The notion of “white privilege” (my “white privilege” was parents who insisted I make my own way in the world) and from oppression by a government of people who hate this country as much as does Hillary Clinton, Loretta Lynch, Al Sharpton and the violent protesters,  beyond what it can do for them. As Obama said early in his first term, “elections have consequences.” This election will too and for the remainder of my years I will enjoy the fruits of my labor and my values.  Our offspring will have opportunities to succeed - opportunities that for 8 years looked very dim.

That riots are happening in Portland Oregon and Seattle, Washington,  two cesspools of political correctness, is, well, karma. Remember, Portland, you are the  self-righteous folks who bankrupted a bakery that refused to bake a wedding cake for two gays. (I would have baked that cake but it is not government’s place to put out of business people who do not agree with government.) Good luck to you elitists out there on the Left Coast. Have a nice life in the new land of Cascadia (secession of California, Oregon and Washington) but please don’t build a wall. Our visiting will be legal and peaceful, in true contrast to violence you think is fun to watch.

Enjoy the holidays America.  Because Trump was elected you need feel no more guilt about your enjoyment of any holiday, including Christian, Muslim and Kwanzaa.

I SO agree with you. There is a difference between peaceful protesting and DESTRUCTIVE RIOTING. What these people are doing is NOT solving anything and just shows what selfish, egotistical babies they are. So THEIR candidate didn't win so let's step on other peoples rights. WAA WAA WAA.
