STOP THIS TAXATION MADNESS

The tax-and-spend bullies are back at it in Washington State. I am so tired of and angry at these leeches. We are to hate smokers so we tax them to “death.” No matter that the money extracted from these folks goes to nothing that benefits them. We are to hate drinkers so we tax them to “death” as well. I mean, hell, we all drink and drive and thus ought to feel guilty about any consumption of alcohol. All this money the parasites collect is to “benefit” kids (of course since every social and fiscal policy is “all about the kids”,) and, more importantly, the teachers’ and public employees’ unions.

Now it is a proposed tax on millionaires via an initiative (called by other names in other states) designed to levy this state’s first ever income tax on those earning over a million dollars a year. The parasites have sought an income tax, I believe, 8 previous times, always rejected but this attempt is vicious because it by design it plays to the hatred that have-nots have been taught to feel toward the producers in our society. I loathe Hummers and the largest-yacht-on-the lake mentality of wealthy folks have but they have a right to the money they earn and taxing only the rich is just plain cowardly. Lisa Brown (State Senator from Spokane, Washington) and Chris Gregoire (Governor of the state of Washington), know the millionaires number small enough that they will enjoy insufficient sympathy from the “have-nots,” who will eagerly vote “yes” on the pending initiative to keep the cash flow moving – toward them!

“Fair Share” is maliciously defined to tax not the users of systems, but those who are forced to financially support the systems. Since when did it become “fair” to take money from people who will likely never gain from the exorbitant taxes they pay? Instead, let us tax welfare recipients on their “benefits”; for schools, tax people with 8 children 8 times the amount you tax folks who have no children. THAT is “fair share.” Stop bullying payers whom you know have no effective voice no matter where you find them.

I will NOT sign the initiative petition soaking the rich. Stop this divisive class warfare!
